This refund policy applies to payments made to QuantumRise Global Solutions LLC for consulting, automation, software, cybersecurity, and transformation services.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to QuantumRise Global Solutions LLC are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.

Service Reservation

Payments may reserve consulting time, strategy work, automation planning, software development resources, project execution capacity, or other professional service availability.

Client Cancellation

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, unused service time, delayed client response, missing client materials, declined approvals, or project cancellation by the client.

Payment Gateway Fees

Any processing charges, gateway fees, transaction fees, or administrative costs charged by third-party providers are not refundable by QuantumRise.

Written Exceptions

Any exception to this policy must be approved in writing by QuantumRise Global Solutions LLC before payment or stated clearly in a signed agreement.
